Laughter yoga is a form of exercise that does not use traditional poses, jokes or humor. No experience is necessary. Anyone can do this.
We use laughter exercises and yogic breathing to stimulate your inner joy. Accessing our joy opens our hearts and minds to a greater self-awareness.
The deepest impact of Laugher Yoga is that is develops your ability to connect more deeply with yourself and others. Laughter has no language, knows no boundaries, and does not discriminate.
