Meet with other local people who are interested in discussing ways to Overcome Stress. Gather to discuss relaxation methods, life changes to make, and to offer support to one another through Laughter Yoga.
This is a bi-lingual Laughter Yoga session. We usually get both Spanish and English speakers to attend the sessions. The session runs for about 45 minutes and we have light refreshments at the end. There is no need to bring anything in particular, only be willing to laugh and have fun with us. There are no age restrictions, as long as you can laugh and clap you are more than welcome!
