Our vision for the The Mountain View Overcoming Stress Meetup is to practice yoga, meditation and most importantly have fun!! The meetup will incorporate innovative breathing techniques that can reduce stress and heighten mental clarity and awareness. The sessions integrate modern methods with ancient wisdom to help individuals lead a more fulfilling and productive life. The techniques and processes taught are easy to learn and practice, lead to improved human performance in the workplace, create a greater sense of commitment and team unity, improved relationships, and enhance overall quality of life. All are welcome to join our group.
