Laughter Yoga was started by Madan Kataria, an Indian doctor who studied the health benefits of laughter. There are laughter clubs throughout the city. This club is led by laughter yoga leader -- Delightful Diana Copsey. Breath, stretch, exercise your spirit, tickle your funny bone.
