We are a supportive, mixed ability Yoga group who practice at the beautiful and airy Christ the Saviour church on Eaking Broadway every Tuesday 1900 - 2015. We practice asanas (postures), Breathing teachniques (pranayama), meditation and relaxation. The classes are challenging yet mindful, with a strong and authentic spiritual bent.
