The aim is to have a regular group focused on meditation in “the Buddhist tradition”, without the traditional bowing to statues or chanting. Just sitting, for the most part. The group is suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditators. Emphasis will be on the development of mindfulness and wisdom (45 minutes), as well as lovingkindness (30 minutes).
