Thursdays from 6-7:15 @ Westchester Ballroom, 17 Marble Ave, Pleasantville, NY. Our friendly and small classes (no more than 6 students) offer the best of both worlds...a sense of community as well as individualized instruction. Classes are suited for anyone interested in beginning a yoga practice or deepening their existing practice. Classes are taught by a 200-hour certified teacher. Classes are $20 drop-in or $85 for a 5 class series.
