Several people from Southwestern PA have started a Drum Circle....We feel so good after beating on a drum and moving to the rhythyms! Knocks out stress easily and it connects us to a deeper, inner sense of ourselves and of community. We have a few extra drums, etc, but please bring a drum, shakers or any other percussion instruments if you have them. You may want to bring a chair, especially if you use a Djembe (stand up drum).
